Steam boat enthusiast commissioned as Waterways Chaplain

Revd. Mark Rudall was commissioned at Church of the Good Shepherd, Farnborough on Sunday 21 May 2017.  He will minister on the rivers Wey & Basingstoke. One picture shows him flying the flag for WWC as well as the Steam Boat Association – of which he is a member. Revd. Mark is a retired Anglican minister with a very strong love of the waterways through many years of owning steam launches. He’s very aware of the mix of people who live on and around our canals and rivers having steamed over the years mainly on the Thames and the Wey, and the Oxford and Basingstoke Canals but on lots of other waters open to trail boats too.
