Chaplains' Online Reporting Menu

PLEASE NOTE: Our website was hacked early February. Most details we were able to restore from back-ups but as all the reports were not on for January, they had not been backed up.

This means, that you will need to re-enter your January report (if it is not there). We are really sorry about that, but thankfully we had just downloaded all the entered data for 2019!

Recording Activity & Covid19

As our ministry activities are very different at present, we need to consider this activity in a different light. If you have called, text or emailed a contact to keep in touch, please consider that as a 'meaningful' conversation. Please count time you spent doing that and any other time you have had to spend keeping in touch with other WWC's through different media and practical preparations to help others keep in touch. Please feel free to include time spent praying during this crisis as this is the best activity of all. If you are not sure - include it!

Faith Based Issues - this should be include, among others, an offer of prayer to a contact, a prayer, a prayer put on the prayer chain, giving of a fridge magnet or New Testament.

* Please start a new report each month; once created it can be updated in the course of the month using the second option

Thank you for providing this detail. It is essential for giving the Chaplaincy and mission partners oversight of the ministry as it expands, as well as providing our funders with validating information as to how their grants have been used.
Revd. Mark Chester, National Senior Waterways Chaplain
